234 BRAIDING LOUNGE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with 234 Braiding Lounge, you agree to the following terms:

1. APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS

  • Appointments are secured with a valid card on file.

    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

    For boho hair provided by the salon, the hair will be charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to your appointment, and a receipt will be sent.

  • Full payment may be required for select services, specials, or promotions.

  • Accepted payments:
    Cash or debit/credit card.

  • Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify us at the start of your appointment.

2. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Each appointment may be rescheduled once within the same month.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may have their appointment canceled, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may lose future booking privileges.

3. SERVICE SATISFACTION & REDO POLICY

  • All services are final and non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • Adjustments may be made within that time frame at the stylist’s discretion.

  • We do not service, redo, or correct work completed by another salon.

4. HAIR PREP & ADD-ON SERVICES

  • Clients must arrive with clean, fully detangled, and blow-dried hair unless a prep service has been booked.

  • Our Signature Hair Prep Experience is available as an add-on and includes shampoo, deep conditioning, and blow dry when booking Exclusive with Tori.

  • If you arrive unprepared, a prep service fee may be added or your appointment may be rescheduled.

  • Takedowns must be booked as a separate service prior to your appointment.

  • Braiding hair is included for most styles. Specialty styles, including boho or human hair looks, may require an additional charge.

5. LIABILITY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • 234 Braiding Lounge is not responsible for any reactions or damage due to undisclosed hair conditions, allergies, or previous chemical services.

  • Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare to maintain their style.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

  • All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for booking, communication, and service-related purposes.

By booking an appointment with 234 Braiding Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
