234 Braiding Lounge — Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with 234 Braiding Lounge, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Payments

  • A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Full payment may be required for select specials or promotions.

  • Accepted payments: cash, debit/credit card (processing fee may apply), Zelle, and Cash App.

  • Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes. You may request no filming at the start of your appointment.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Each appointment may be rescheduled once within the same month.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting us may result in cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may lose booking privileges.

3. Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy

  • All services are final and non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • Reasonable adjustments may be made at the stylist’s discretion within that time frame.

  • We do not redo or correct work performed by another salon.

4. Hair Prep, Shampoo & Takedowns

  • Please arrive with clean, detangled, product-free hair, unless shampoo is included or added.

  • Shampoo is included only with Exclusive With Tori services and may be added for other styles.

  • Takedowns must be booked as a separate appointment before scheduling your new service.

  • Braiding hair is included for most styles; some specialty or human-hair styles may require hair purchase or client-provided hair.

5. Liability & Privacy

  • 234 Braiding Lounge is not responsible for reactions or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, previous chemical services, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling and communication regarding appointments.
